On June 17, Breanna Lemieux, Senior Manager, Human Resources, Skyline, was recognized with a 2026 Next Gen award from Connect Canada CRE. She is one of 20 recipients selected as part of the Next Gen award program, which recognizes emerging Canadian real estate industry professionals.

In her role, Breanna provides trusted guidance to Skyline’s leadership team and plays an active role in talent development, workforce planning, and employee experience. She was selected as a 2026 Next Gen recipient for her strategic, people‑focused approach to HR as well as her success in building HR programs that support Skyline’s workforce.

“Breanna’s steady approach, sound judgment, and deep understanding of our business make her a highly respected member of Skyline’s HR team,” said Sarah Yusyp, Vice President, Human Resources, Skyline.

“She brings empathy and accountability to complex situations and supports our leaders with thoughtful, practical guidance, while always keeping people at the centre of her work. The Next Gen award speaks to the significant value she continues to contribute to Skyline each day.”

Connect Canada CRE published an article highlighting Breanna’s accomplishments and recognizing her as part of the 2026 Next Gen award recipients.

Breanna is the third Skyline employee in three consecutive years to receive a Next Gen award. Sarah Yusyp, Vice President, Human Resources, and Fay Yachetti, Director, Optimization and Sustainability, received the award in 2025 and 2024, respectively.
