Skyline Retail REIT is distributed as an alternative investment product through Skyline Wealth Management Inc. (“Skyline Wealth Management”), the exclusive Exempt Market Dealer for the REIT.

Properties owned by Skyline Retail REIT are managed by Skyline Commercial Management Inc. (“Skyline Commercial Management”), a commercial property management company housed within Skyline Group of Companies.
