Launched in 2006, Skyline Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) focuses on acquiring both established and newly developed properties in secondary and tertiary communities across Canada.

Skyline Apartment REIT is distributed as an alternative investment product through Skyline Wealth Management Inc. (“Skyline Wealth Management”), the exclusive Exempt Market Dealer for the REIT.

Properties owned by Skyline Apartment REIT are managed by Skyline Living, a multi-residential property management company housed within Skyline Group of Companies.

Skyline Apartment REIT is committed to providing best in class apartment suites and service to its residential tenants, while surfacing value with a goal to deliver stable returns to its investors.

Matthew is responsible for the operational and financial performance of Skyline Apartment REIT’s real estate portfolio comprising tens of thousands of multi-residential suites across Canada. He oversees all aspects of the portfolio including acquisitions and dispositions, financial budgeting, and implementing and monitoring capital expenditure projects.
