Baycrest Apartments Recognized for Sustainable Development

Skyline’s Baycrest Apartments development in Owen Sound, ON, has earned Silver recognition through the new Green Development Program created by Grey, Dufferin, and Wellington Counties.

Baycrest Apartments was recognized for features including high-efficiency lighting, low-flow water fixtures, electric vehicle charging, naturalized landscapes, community gardens, and outdoor social spaces. It is one of four residential developments recognized through the Green Development program for 2026.

The program recognizes new residential developments incorporating features that support more efficient, resilient, and sustainable communities. Projects are assessed across 18 features related to the natural environment, community and transportation, and the built environment.
