Skyline Apartment REIT purchases additional property in Mascouche, Quebec
The REIT purchased a 106-unit residential property in the city of Mascouche.

On May 17, 2023, Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a newly built residential property located at 465 rue Sicard, Mascouche, Quebec. part of the multi-phase Quartier 7 development. The property, which consists of one 10-storey residential building with 106 luxurious condo-style one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom suites. is part of the multi-phase Quartier 7 development. It will be professionally managed by Gestion Danam Lacourse.
The Quartier 7 development is located in a residential area, directly opposite the Mascouche train station and close to public transport and essential services. The property offers an on-site fitness center, multi-purpose room, games area, heated outdoor pools, furnished outdoor spaces, and EV charging stations.
