On Monday, October 30th, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased its eighth property in the municipality of Chatham, Ontario.
On Thursday, October 26th, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased its first property in the community of St-Joseph-de-Beauce, QC (located south-east of Quebec City).
On September 11, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT added a fourth property to its portfolio in Windsor, Ontario. The property at 3840 Howard Avenue was purchased for $6.8M and has 16,240 square feet of retail space, with Rexall PharmaPlus as an anchor tenant.
On Friday, June 30th, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased its first property in the city of Thunder Bay, ON. The property at 399 Main Street was purchased for $39.75M and comprises 7 buildings, with 168,087 square feet of retail commercial space located on 16.4 acres.
