The property at 445 Grand Avenue West was purchased for $725,000 and has 3,739 square feet of retail space. Located directly beside one of Skyline Retail REIT’s larger properties in Chatham at 455-485 Grand Avenue West, It will be leased to a radiology clinic in early 2018.
