The property was purchased for $5.5M and has 87 suites. 3150 Donnelly Street is the Apartment REIT's 27th property in the City of Windsor - a large multi-property acquisition in 2014 made the Skyline Apartment REIT the largest landlord in the city.
On Tuesday, November 28th, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its first property in the town of Midland, ON. The newly-developed property at 151 Marina Park Avenue was purchased for $15.3M, and is comprised of 55 apartment units.
On November 22, the Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the disposition of a property at 221 Glenridge Avenue, St. Catharines, ON. The property, which comprised 138 suites, had a total sale price of $23.25M.
