On Monday, October 5th, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its second and third properties in the city of Gatineau (Hull), QC.
On Thursday, September 10th, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a highly-accretive 23-property portfolio in Windsor and Tecumseh, ON.
On Tuesday, June 30th, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired its eighth property in the City of Hamilton, ON.
On Friday, June 19th, 2015, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased two new properties in the City of Sault Ste. Marie, ON. The Apartment REIT now holds six properties in the city, with a total of 714 units.
It has been a very busy February for Skyline as the Skyline Apartment REIT and Skyline Retail REIT both took on additional properties earlier this month.
On Wednesday, December 10th, 2014, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired its seventh property in Hamilton, ON at 1854 & 1856 Main Street West. The property has 154 units and had a total purchase price of $13.86 million. Skyline Apartment REIT now has over 800 apartment suites in the City of Hamilton.
On Thursday, December 4, 2014, Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its first residential property in the province of Quebec, at 400 & 405 Boulevard des Grives in Gatineau (Hull), QC. The property had a total purchase price of $15.2 million, and has 98 suites.
On Thursday, July 10th, 2014, Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a 55-unit property at 274 Giles Boulevard West in Windsor, ON.
On Monday, June 16th, 2014, Skyline Apartment REIT purchased an 8-property portfolio consisting of residential buildings in the cities of Niagara Falls, ON and St. Catharines, ON. The Skyline Apartment REIT already has several buildings in both cities. The total purchase price for the portfolio was $101 million.
