On December 16, 2019, the Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the acquisition of four properties in the greater Sudbury, ON area, with a total purchase price of $39.1 million.
On December 2, 2019, the Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the acquisition of Summitview Heights, a luxury apartment property in Vernon, BC for $9.49 million.
On October 31, 2019, the Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the acquisition of Oxford Haus Apartments (Building F), a luxury apartment property in Stratford, ON, for $16.35 million.
On October 11th, 2019, Skyline Apartment REIT completed the sale of three properties in Ridgetown, ON, for $10.37 M. The properties are comprised of three buildings with a total of 109 suites.
On September 11, 2019, Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the acquisition of The Enclave and Meaford Heights, two multi-residential properties in Langford, BC, for a combined price of $57.0 million.
On August 22, 2019, Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the acquisition of Clair Oak Apartments, a multi-residential property in Sarnia, ON, for $7.8 million.
