R. Jason Ashdown, Co-Founder & Chief Sustainability Officer, Skyline Group of Companies, was featured in a video interview on the May 5, 2021 episode of RHBTV (Rental Housing Business’ online news broadcast for the multi-residential real estate industry).

Ashdown discussed Skyline’s strategy for social sustainability, a key pillar of Skyline’s Sustainability Plan. He spoke to several specific community initiatives at Skyline, notably Skyline Living’s R.I.S.E. tenant assistance program.

To Skyline, “social sustainability” encapsulates volunteerism, donation to a non-profit organization, a project that helps provide people with needs or resources—or anything in between. As an important part of Skyline’s Sustainability Plan, social sustainability is factored into its business decision-making.
