January 11, 2013 – Skyline Industrial REIT made its first acquisition of 2013 on Wednesday, January 9th. The property, located at 425 Clair Road West in Guelph, had a $2.75 million purchase price, and is made up of 32,498 square feet of commercial space.
Guelph, ON (October 31, 2012) - Skyline Group of Companies set a company record this week by purchasing a $120 million commercial portfolio for Skyline Industrial REIT; just the first phase of a two-phased acquisition with a total price tag of approximately $242 million.
A Guelph-based real estate investment trust recently spent almost $25 million to acquire four Windsor-area properties and plans to keep its eye on the local market for future investment opportunities.

Guelph, ON – July 30th, 2012 – Skyline Industrial REIT based out of Guelph (Ontario) recently launched a new confidential offering to raise over $100 million for an upcoming commercial portfolio acquisition in the GTA and Ottawa regions.
Skyline Industrial REIT added a second Windsor property to its portfolio this past week. Located at 3600 Rhodes Drive, this property is made up of 56,995 square feet of office space and was purchased for $7.5 million.
Skyline Industrial REIT recently made its 4th acquisition since its launch in March of this year. This new property is located at 2187-2215 Huron Church Road in the city of Windsor (Ontario).
