Skyline participated in International Women’s Day 2023, celebrating the strengths, achievements, and unique experiences of women in an effort to promote gender equity.
Skyline hosted a series of discussion panels at its head office featuring staff of multiple gender expressions from across the company.
Each panel covered a different topic, such as gender bias and the role men can play as allies in embracing equity.
The speakers recounted their own experiences with gender bias in their professional and/or personal lives, and shared their thoughts on what more can be done in the journey toward true gender equity.
Skyliners across Canada also struck the IWD 2023 #EmbracingEquity pose and shared their photos to further encourage others to help forge a more inclusive world.
