The property at 325 Greber Boulevard was purchased for $21M, and comprises 73,413 square feet of retail space, with Uniprix (a Quebec pharmacy chain) and Laurentian Bank as anchor tenants.

On Wednesday April 5th, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased its second property in the city of Quinte West (formerly Trenton), Ontario. 107 Dundas Street East was purchased for $4.89M, and has 12,858 square feet of retail space. The anchor tenant of the property is Rexall PharmaPlus.
