[Guelph, Ontario – September 20, 2022]

On November 15, 2022, Skyline Industrial REIT held a private groundbreaking ceremony for a new industrial/logistical development project on the Island of Montreal.

The project, located at 6010 Rue Notre-Dame East, Montreal, began construction earlier this year.

The location offers direct access to main thoroughfares, and immediate access to the islands port facilities.

This state-of-the-art property is owned by Skyline Industrial REIT in partnership with Rosefellow and Quebec-based FIT Ventures. Upon completion, the project will offer approximately 97,000 square feet of industrial space.

In addition to Notre-Dame Est, the REIT, along with its partners, have already completed two development projects in Montreal, of which Skyline Industrial REIT is now the sole owner. Via its co-investment with Rosefellow and FIT Ventures, there are an additional eight planned development projects, expected to be completed by the end of 2025, adding nearly 2.5 million square feet of industrial/logistical space to the city of Montreal.
