On March 8, 2024, Skyline proudly celebrated the strengths, accomplishments, and unique experiences of its female Skyliners with a series of workshops led by female employees.
The workshops, open to all employees of all genders at Skyline, encompassed a variety of topics and skill sets:
Skyliners across Canada also struck the IWD 2024 #InspireInclusion pose and shared their photos to further encourage others to help forge a more inclusive world.
Women comprise more than 50% of Skyline’s 1,000+ team across Canada. Its female staff comprise an integral part of who Skyline is and what it stands for. As part of Skyline’s sustainability objectives, we will continue to celebrate and honour International Women’s Day by shining a light on female leadership, strength, and accomplishment, as well as providing a platform for female voices, experiences, and achievements.
