[Guelph, Ontario –March 1, 2022]

On March 1, 2022, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 1085 Goldstream Avenue (The Star on Goldstream) in Langford, BC.

The property totals 166 residential units. The sale price for the property was $66.3M.

The property was originally purchased by Skyline Apartment REIT in 2020.

“1085 Goldstream Avenue in Langford was identified in 2021 as appropriate for a strategic disposition,” said Matthew Organ, President, Skyline Apartment REIT.

“We are proud to continue our presence in Langford with 728 Meaford Avenue (Meaford Heights), which is providing 106 units for Langford residents. We will continue to evaluate the Skyline Apartment REIT portfolio and identify any non-core assets, where strategic dispositions can surface further value for our investors.”

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 233 properties in 59 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 20,973 suites.
