On April 19, 2024, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 367 Sutherland Way (Place Sainte Marie) in Haileybury, Ontario.

The property comprises one 5-storey building with 48 residential units in total.

“367 Sutherland Way was identified as appropriate for a strategic disposition,” said Matthew Organ, President, Skyline Apartment REIT.

With this property sale, Skyline Apartment REIT will be leaving the Haileybury market.

“We thank Haileybury for having welcomed the Apartment REIT and allowing us to do great business in the community for 12 years. We will continue to evaluate the Skyline Apartment REIT portfolio and identify any non-core assets, where strategic dispositions can surface further value for our investors.”

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 241 properties in 58 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 21,988 residential units.
