On December 7, 2023, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at
20 Kingsland Close SE (King’s Heights) in Airdrie, Alberta.
The property comprises three 4-storey buildings with 192 residential units in total. With the sale of this property, Skyline Apartment REIT will be leaving the Airdrie market.
