Skyline Group of Companies (Skyline) is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2022, Andy Coutts has accepted the role of Vice President, Operations, Skyline Group of Companies.
As Skyline’s very first employee, Andy has been with the company since 2001, when he was hired by Co-Founders Jason Castellan, Martin Castellan, and R. Jason Ashdown to manage approximately 40 student rental houses, along with a handful of Skyline’s first apartment properties.
In his two decades of service, Andy has held several roles with different departments within Skyline, allowing him to gain a thorough awareness and extensive understanding of the practices, policies, and procedures of the company and the industry.
Most recently, Andy led the capital expenditures (CAPEX) team in managing all projects related to large-scale building renovations and retrofits across Skyline’s real estate investment portfolios.
In his new role, Andy oversees all strategy implementation across Skyline, including the strategic planning and direction of operational policies, objectives, and initiatives to ensure Skyline’s future growth and profitability.
His goal will be to facilitate and maintain alignment among all parts of Skyline to ensure our corporate objectives are met.
