Skyline Incorporated of Guelph, Ontario announced January 24, 2007 the close of a $3.1 million portfolio acquisition in London, Ontario adding to its existing multi-residential and commercial real estate portfolio. This acquisition brings the Skyline Apartment REIT’s current market value to $114.674 million. 

Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires Chatham, ON and Ridgetown, ON Properties

Skyline Incorporated of Guelph, Ontario announced October 31, 2006 the close of a $4.85 million portfolio acquisition in Chatham and Ridgetown, Ontario adding to its existing multi-residential and commercial real estate portfolio. This acquisition brings the Skyline Apartment REIT’s current market value to $111.6 million. 

Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires Bobcaygeon, ON Property

Skyline Incorporated of Guelph, Ontario announced September 15, 2006 the close of a $5.2 million property acquisition in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, adding to its existing multi-residential and commercial real estate portfolio. This most recent acquisition brings the Skyline Apartment REIT’s current market value to $106.72 million.

Skyline Incorporated of Guelph, Ontario announced August 24, 2006 the close of an $8.525 million portfolio acquisition in Owen Sound, Ontario, adding to its existing multi-residential and commercial real estate portfolio. This acquisition brings the Skyline Apartment REIT’s current market value to $101.52 million.
