October 30, 2012 - As promised, the Acquisitions Team has been hard at work the last couple of weeks completing the acquisition of another property for the Skyline Apartment REIT.
Although the third quarter of 2012 has come to an end, the Acquisitions Team is in full swing as they continue to ramp up their efforts expecting to add an additional 550 residential units to the Skyline Apartment REIT before year-end, and that number could very well grow between now and then.

Skyline Industrial REIT added a second Windsor property to its portfolio this past week. Located at 3600 Rhodes Drive, this property is made up of 56,995 square feet of office space and was purchased for $7.5 million.
Skyline Industrial REIT recently made its 4th acquisition since its launch in March of this year. This new property is located at 2187-2215 Huron Church Road in the city of Windsor (Ontario).
