On Friday, July 31st, 2015, the Skyline Retail REIT acquired its first property in the town of Listowel, ON. The property at 210 Wallace Avenue North was purchased for $6.35M and includes 13,514 square feet of commercial space, with Shoppers Drug Mart as the tenant.

On Monday, July 20th, 2015, Skyline Industrial REIT purchased its eighth property in the city of Cambridge, ON. The property at 549 Conestoga Boulevard was purchased for $7.65M and comprises 96,495 square feet of commercial space.

The property at 260 Goderich Street features a Dollar Tree, Harvey's, Swiss Chalet, and a children's play centre. The property comprises 14,725 square feet of retail commercial space, and had a total purchase price of $3.1 million.
On Wednesday, April 29th, 2015, Skyline volunteers hosted Onward Willow's annual volunteer thank-you dinner for the 5th year in a row. Guests enjoyed several delicious chicken, pasta and salad dishes catered by Einstein's restaurant in downtown Guelph, and Skyline volunteers were delighted to serve the meals and dessert to the 100 guests once again this year.
