On Friday, March 6th, 2020, Skyline held an all-female speaking panels at its Head Office in celebration of International Women’s Day, officially held on Sunday, March 8th.
Currently, 55% of Skyline’s workforce (totaling nearly 1,000 across Canada) is female. Staff heard words of inspiration, achievement, and encouragement from four speakers: female Skyliners in leadership roles across several departments: Legal, Marketing, CAPEX (Capital Expenditures), and HR.
The speakers recounted their career journeys as women, and the importance of mentorship and building each other up in the workplace. We are inspired every day by the fantastic women who bring their drive and intelligence to Skyline – and those who support them.
