Skyline Commercial REIT Acquires 5 Properties in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec

On Friday, September 18th, 2015, Skyline Industrial REIT entered Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, a city southeast of Montreal. The Commercial REIT purchased six industrial properties in the city, with a combined purchase price of $58.1 million, and combined square footage totaling 692,135 .

Skyline Retail REIT Acquires Properties in Windsor, Ontario & Dryden, Ontario

On Friday, September 18th, 2015, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased its second property in Windsor, Ontario, at 4140-4150 Walker Road.  The property's anchor tenants are Dollar Tree and Canadian Tire. The property was purchased for $8.4 million and has 21,916 square feet of retail commercial space.
