Sarah leads all Human Resources operations across Skyline, including talent acquisition, health and safety, training and career development, departmental budgeting, rewards and recognition programs, and employee relations. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Corporate Services, she oversees both the strategic planning and operational aspects related to HR management. She plays a key role in building strategic initiatives that support comprehensive services to all Skyline employees.
Sarah joined Skyline in 2015 as an HR Administrator. She has subsequently built a progressive career within the organization, serving as HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, and HR Manager before advancing into the role of Director of HR. She attributes her holistic knowledge of Skyline’s business operations to her continuous internal career growth and the opportunities it has afforded her to support Skyline’s development.
Sarah operates under the fundamental belief that people are an organization’s greatest asset. By partnering with business leaders, she is a change champion driven to foster an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment that enhances the overall employee experience and promotes a strong work community.
Sarah is a sought-after thought leader who has contributed to industry panels, articles, and discussions that explore and elevate HR practices across Canada. She was honoured with HRD Canada’s Rising Star of the Year award in 2023 and a Connect Canada CRE NextGen award in 2025.
Sarah holds a BA in Psychology from Western University and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Niagara College. She has been a standing member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) since 2013.
