Skyline Resident Manager recognized with Nova Scotia rental housing industry award

Karen Chase, Assistant Resident Manager, Skyline Living, was recognized with the 2025 Resident Manager of the Year award from the Rental Housing Providers of Nova Scotia (RHPNS), reflecting her dedication to exceptional service, leadership excellence, and commitment to community impact.

Karen, an employee at The Ashton, an 86-suite Skyline Apartment REIT property in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, received the industry recognition at RHPNS’ annual Innovation & Excellence Awards event on April 22.
