The total disposition was for 50,817 square feet at a combined sale price of $8.7M. 2525 St. Laurent Boulevard in Ottawa, ON, was sold on August 21, 2019. 2781 Lancaster Road in Ottawa, ON, Sold on August 27, 2019.

The capital from these sales will be re-deployed by Skyline Commercial REIT? toward other accretive acquisitions in established markets along major transportation arteries that meet the standards and growth potential of Skyline Commercial REIT?.

Post-acquisition, Skyline Commercial REIT? has 84 properties in 34 communities across ON, QC, SK, MB, and AB, with over 6 million square feet of commercial space.
