The capital from this sale will be re-deployed by Skyline Commercial REIT? toward other accretive acquisitions in established markets along major transportation arteries that meet the standards and growth objectives of Skyline Commercial REIT?.

Post-acquisition, Skyline Commercial REIT? has 83 properties in 34 communities across ON, QC, SK, MB, and AB, with over 6 million square feet of commercial space.
