[Guelph, Ontario – June 9, 2025]

On June 9, 2025, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a 208-suite property at 5000, 5100, 5400, 5500 & 5600 Clover Bar Road (Emerald Hills) in Sherwood Park, Alberta.

With this sale, Skyline Apartment REIT will be exiting the Sherwood Park market.

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 236 properties in 52 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 20,958 residential suites.
