On Tuesday, November 28th, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its first property in the town of Midland, Ontario. The newly-developed property at 151 Marina Park Avenue was purchased for $15.3M, and is comprised of 55 apartment units.
Skyline Apartment REIT Completes Disposition of St. Catharines, Ontario Property
On November 22, the Skyline Apartment REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of multi-residential properties across Canada, announced the disposition of a property at 221 Glenridge Avenue, St. Catharines, Ontario. The property, which comprised 138 suites, had a total sale price of $23.25M.

Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires Additional Property in Windsor, Ontario
On Monday, August 21st, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its 26th property in the city of Windsor, Ontario. The property at 3170 and 3190 Donnelly Street consists of two buildings. It was purchased for $5.5M and consists of 87 suites.
Skyline Apartment REIT Purchases 7th Brantford, Ontario Property
On Friday, May 12th, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its 7th building in the city of Brantford, Ontario. The property at 335 Dunsdon Street was purchased for $33.4M and has 151 suites, bringing Skyline Apartment REIT's total suite count in Brantford to 801.
Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires Second Property in Tillsonburg, Ontario
On April 28th, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired its second property in the town of Tillsonburg, Ontario. The property at 148 Concession Street East was purchased for $4.1M, and has 47 units, bringing Skyline Apartment REIT's total unit count in Tillsonburg to 146.
Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires Additional Fergus, Ontario Property
On April 27, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its third property in the town of Fergus, Ontario. The property at 250 Queen Street East was purchased for $8.1M and has a total of 67 units, bringing Skyline Apartment REIT's total unit count in Fergus to 292.
Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires 4-Property Portfolio; Enters City of Woodstock, Ontario
On Thursday, March 30, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a 4-property portfolio across southwestern Ontario. The portfolio's total purchase price was $36.3M, with a total unit count of 440 for the entire portfolio.

On Thursday, August 25, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a 118-unit apartment community at 104 Confederation Drive in St. Thomas, Ontario. This property is the Apartment REIT’s second purchase in the city of St. Thomas, and was purchased for $11.8M. Skyline is now one of the city’s biggest landlords, operating approximately 14% of the apartments in St. Thomas.
