On May 20, 2025, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 16255, 16265 & 16275 51 Street Northwest (Brintnell Landing) in Edmonton, Alberta.

“We identified Brintnell Landing at 51 Street Northwest as appropriate for a strategic disposition at the beginning of 2025,” said Matthew Organ, President, Skyline Apartment REIT.

“Post-sale, the REIT continues to have a strong presence in Edmonton, providing 440 residential suites across two properties at Ellerslie Road Southwest and James Mowatt Trail Southwest. We continue to evaluate our properties and identify non-core assets for strategic disposition. We aim to redeploy that capital toward acquisitions that create further investor value by helping to modernize and regionalize our portfolio.”

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 232 properties in 53 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 20,886 residential suites.
