On March 25th, 2020, Skyline Commercial REIT announced the acquisition of a four-property industrial portfolio in Calgary, AB. The total purchase price was $132 million.
Skyline Commercial REIT is pleased to announce the acquisition of 46 Plant Farm Blvd. in Brantford, ON for the total sale price of $9,150,000. This transaction closed on November 13th and represents the funds largest acquisition in Brantford, to date.
On October 4, Skyline Commercial REIT completed a disposition transaction of one property in Brampton, ON for $3.6 million. The single-tenant industrial property is located at 21 Steelwell Road and consists of 15,000 square feet of rentable space.
In late August, Skyline Commercial REIT completed two disposition transactions of Ottawa, ON, area office buildings. The total disposition was for 50,817 square feet at a combined sale price of $8.7M.
On July 15th, 2019, Skyline Commercial REIT completed a disposition transaction of one property in Newmarket, ON, to Mamba Gorham Inc. for $10.45M. The office building at 1091 Gorham Street consists of 59,147 square feet of office space with mixed retail tenants on the ground level.
Skyline Commercial REIT is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 9-property national portfolio of temperature-controlled warehouses through a sale/leaseback transaction with Congebec Inc. This $190M transaction closed on December 13th and represents a material, accretive transaction for the fund.
On November 29, 2018, Skyline Commercial REIT, a privately-owned and managed portfolio of commercial properties across Canada, sold a property at 601 Queensway East, Mississauga, ON.
