Le rendement annuel des parts de cat\u00e9gorie\u202fA passe \u00e0 3,76\u202f%<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab Cette deuxi\u00e8me augmentation de valeur des parts du FPI pour 2024 est attribuable au rendement soutenu que nous avons enregistr\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au troisi\u00e8me trimestre\u202f\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skylineapartmentreit.ca\/management-team\/matthew-organ\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Matthew Organ<\/a>, pr\u00e9sident de Skyline Apartment REIT. <\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u202fSelon le <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/sites\/cmhc\/professional\/housing-markets-data-and-research\/market-reports\/housing-market-outlook\/2024\/housing-market-outlook-spring-2024-fr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapport de la SCHL sur les perspectives du march\u00e9 de l\u2019habitation<\/a>, la demande de logements locatifs au Canada continuera d\u2019augmenter en 2025 et 2026, port\u00e9e par la forte croissance de la population et de la p\u00e9nurie continue d\u2019habitations abordables \u00e0 vendre. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une fili\u00e8re de plus de 1\u202f000\u202fappartements neufs \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir ou \u00e0 am\u00e9nager, Skyline Apartment REIT est bien plac\u00e9 pour rehausser son portefeuille et ainsi offrir une forte valeur aux investisseurs. \u00c0 360\u202f$ par logement par mois, notre \u00e9cart par rapport aux loyers sur le march\u00e9 demeure \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui devrait contribuer \u00e0 la solide croissance des revenus et de la valeur des parts pour nos investisseurs.\u202f\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en 2006, le FPI compte un portefeuille compos\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 22\u202f000\u202flogements dans 240\u202fpropri\u00e9t\u00e9s sur 57\u202fmarch\u00e9s secondaires et tertiaires, qui sont r\u00e9partis sur 7\u202fprovinces canadiennes<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Skyline Apartment REIT d\u00e9clare ses rendements annualis\u00e9s sur une base trimestrielle<sup>4<\/sup>.
