L\u2019immeuble de 10\u202f\u00e9tages abrite 106\u202flogements de luxe aux allures de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 une, deux ou trois\u202fchambres \u00e0 coucher et sera g\u00e9r\u00e9 par des professionnels de Gestion Danam Lecourse.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le prix d\u2019achat total de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tait de 34,4\u202fmillions de dollars.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
