Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un entrep\u00f4t industriel \u00e0 locataire unique dont les espaces commerciaux totalisent 150\u00a0000\u00a0pieds carr\u00e9s sur un terrain de 16,15\u00a0acres. L\u2019immeuble a des hauteurs libres int\u00e9rieures de 32\u00a0pieds et est muni de 22\u00a0portes d\u2019exp\u00e9dition. Il est actuellement lou\u00e9 par CHEP Canada Corp.<\/p>\n
Ce projet immobilier est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une coentreprise form\u00e9e par Skyline Commercial REIT et Highfield Investment Group Inc. Entam\u00e9e en juin\u00a02020 sous la supervision de Skydevco Inc. (\u00ab\u00a0SkyDev\u00a0\u00bb), la construction a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier\u00a02021.<\/p>\n
Le 14\u00a0octobre 2021, Skyline Commercial REIT est devenu propri\u00e9taire de l\u2019entrep\u00f4t, apr\u00e8s avoir acquis toutes les participations restantes.<\/p>\n
